St Petersburg Nov 21, 2010 Women's half marathon!

So I did my first half marathon at Disney in January 2010 and crazy enough, decided to try it again! Alexis and I traveled to St. Petersburg for the 2nd Annual Women's Half Marathon and we did it! Karre joined us there and we all had a great time, but more importantly, finished it, 13.1 miles! Looking forward to doing it again next year, beautiful weather and great day!




 

 

 

Fall craft time!

I saw this in a magazine and had to make it!
Amazing how much candy corn it actually takes...you'll notice I need to add more, didn't have enough but I took a picture anyhow before I finished. Those hot glue guns work really well and get VERY hot...2 blisters on my fingers!
Hopefully I can spray it with preserver and the bugs will stay away! The family was pretty impressed with it...

Labor Day weekend, Sept 2010

We took the boat and rented a house on the Suwannee River, here's a few pics from our long weekend.

Summer 2010

So I've been really behind in my blogging...but we're having a fun summer!
I will post pics soon...Jonathan is at O2b Summer camp, having a blast..field trips almost everyday to all the places he loves to go. Summer baseball season will be over in another week, but we're all enjoying it..minus the heat of course. Savannah is loving her 4 year old class, ballet, gymnastics classes and water days at O2B. I can't believe she starts VPK in a month, wow!
We've been taking the boat out alot, to the lake and the rivers...it's too hot to do anything else outside lately. Enjoying pool time closer to home and the movies for a break...looking forward to more long weekends and getaways before fall gets here and school is back into swing again.

It's been a while since I've blogged, so trying to get back into it again.
Well, Summer has arrived and boating season has begun! Looking forward to a long Memorial Day weekend at Crystal River with the family and some friends!
I can't believe that Jonathan's 7th birthday is Sunday already, where has the time gone?! Then it's my birthday....wish I were 7 again..lol.
