This year we had a wonderful Christmas season. Savannah really got into opening the gifts..any gifts she could get her little hands on! Grandpa came for a visit this Christmas and we all went to Grandma Snyder's house on Christmas Eve. Christmas Day we just enjoyed being at home most of the day, then went to Nana's house later in the day. Jonathan went to see Santa and sat with him, although Savannah would have NOTHING to do with him. Jonathan and Savannah helped mommy decorate the tree, and also un-decorate it when Christmas was over. They didn't really like it much when it was over and everything was put away for another year.

A night out for a Christmas party...
Welcome to our family blog....
Here's all the news on what's going on in the Ramsey home. I've created our family page to keep up with everything that is happening with us, Vann, Julie, Jonathan and Savannah...and what we are up to, along with the rest of our family and friends. I especially wanted to make this for Jonathan and Savannah...as they are growing up more and changing everyday! Enjoy!

Our beach vacation
We decided to go to the beach and get away for a few days in September..and also celebrate our 12 year wedding anniversary. We really enjoyed it and had fun! Jonathan especially loved the beach and playing in the water, chasing the birds and building sand castles. Savannah wasn't too sure about it at first but chased after Jonathan and the birds before it was time to go home. She really enjoyed playing in the sand and the pool also. Vann and I got away for a night and celebrated, thanks to Mom and Kaycee. Here's a few pics from our trip to the beach.

Jeep rides
Well, the newest and latest fun times involve Jonathan and Savannah going for Jeep rides together. Jonathan can't seem to escape before Savannah gets in and wants to go for a ride. She can even push the gas pedal herself and go, although she can't steer it. Jonathan is now asking me to take her out so he can ride alone! We go for rides almost every night now around the neighborhood and they love it. Here's a few pics from our ride yesterday.

Savannah is 18 months old
I took Savannah for her 18 month pictures on September 1, 2007. As usual, there were too many to decide from and I loved them all! We had two outfits, one being an adorable gator dress our friend Julie made for us...and the other a dress we bought for the occasion. We were entered in the Yo Baby contest as well..wish us luck!
We chose the surprised look with the blocks for that one. Let us know what you think and which you like best!
